Heritage Pork

Our heritage-breed pigs are raised outdoors, where they have the freedom to root, wallow, and explore expressing their natural behaviors. They enjoy a nutrient-rich diet that includes spent brewers grain and corn-providing the energy, protein, and fiber they need to grow strong and healthy.

Spent brewers grain, a byproduct of the brewing process, is rich in fiber and essential nutrients, supporting our pigs' digestion and overall well-being. Corn adds a natural source of carbohydrates and energy, promoting healthy growth and contributing to the development of tender, flavorful, and well-marbled pork.  Together, this balanced diet enhances the rich taste and succulent texture that heritage pork is known for.
